Where imagination meets technology.
Where imagination meets technology.
Where imagination meets technology.
SLADURADA is an independent audiovisual studio founded by Kristiyan Hubenov. We work at the intersection of story, technology and culture — with story always leading the way.

I grew up in a small town in southern Bulgaria, where time moved slower and imagination had room to wander.
There was no cinema. Stories arrived differently.
As a child, my favorite habit was choosing VHS tapes from the local video store — carrying them home carefully, then later drawing the characters I had just seen, trying to hold onto the worlds they opened.
In those early, analog years, the idea that stories could one day be accessed instantly — or entire worlds created through technology — felt like science fiction.
That contrast between imagination and possibility quietly shaped how I see creative work today.

As I grew older, storytelling expanded into writing and photography.
At the same time, I became increasingly interested in how things work — how systems form, how structure shapes ideas.
That interest led me to study software technologies and design.
During my early student years, I began creating cinematic film collages — experimenting with narrative, rhythm and emotion. The work circulated quietly online, finding its way to people within the film world.
In parallel, I started working with early-stage startups, helping them build identities and digital experiences where vision meets structure.
Over time, the work became increasingly execution-driven.
Systems grew louder. Creativity thinner.
That tension marked a turning point — a return to storytelling and imagination, not away from technology, but toward balance.

Today, this journey continues through SLADURADA.
The studio creates story-driven audiovisual experiences at the intersection of culture, technology and emotion — currently focused on short-form brand films.
Emerging visual technologies, CGI and AI are used as instruments of craft, never as substitutes for vision.
Story leads. Technology follows.
Alongside the studio, I am currently pursuing an MBA — strengthening the business foundations that support long-term creative work.

Some stories are built to last.
We work with brands, creators and organizations who think beyond the moment. People who value depth over noise. Vision over speed. And culture over trends.
If that sounds like you — let’s begin.
